The Corporate Social Responsibility Policy of the Company has combined a number of principles and approaches which serve as a guideline for the Company in all areas of its work.

The scope and main principles of the Company’s Corporate Social Responsibility policy include:

1) elimination of hunger, poverty and malnutrition, ensuring food security, promotion of health care,

3) programs aimed at improving the living conditions of children, women, the elderly and people with limited abilities,

4) promotion of gender equality,

5) measures aimed at reducing social and economic inequalities,

6) ensuring environmental stability, preservation of flora and fauna and natural resources,

7) protection of national heritage, art and culture,

8) support of science, research and development programs,

9) quick response to disasters, including relief, rehabilitation and reconstruction works,

10) participation in various support programs implemented by the state.

The Company strives to maximize energy efficiency by reducing energy consumption in lighting, heating, ventilation, and kitchen appliances. The Company also strives to reduce the amount of paper used by encouraging employees to use electronic document management and to reuse used paper.
