Board members

Davit Nahapetyan is the chairman of the Board of Development and Investments Corporation of Armenia since 16 May, 2018. Mr. Nahapetyan is the member of the Board of the Central Bank of Armenia. Was born on September 26, 1977, in Yerevan, RA.

Aram Melkonyan is the Board member of Development and Investments Corporation of Armenia since March 31, 2016. Mr. Melkonyan is the Head of the Department for programms examining of the RA Prime Minister’s Office. Mr. Melkonyan was born on June 10, 1962 in Yerevan, RA.

Seyran Avagyan was born on December 18, 1954 year in the Republic of Azerbaijan. Mr. Avagyan is the Board member of Development and Investments Corporation of Armenia since 9 November, 2011. Seyran Sargsyan is executive director of Union of Banks of Armenia.

Seyran Sargsyan was born on December 7, 1971 in Yerevan, RA. Mr. Sargsyan is the Board member of Development and Investments Corporation of Armenia since 9 November, 2011. Seyran Avagyan is executive director of Union of Banks of Armenia.

Tsolvard Gevorgyan was born on April 22, 1947 in Sisian, RA. Mrs. Gevorgyan is the Board member of Development and Investments Corporation of Armenia since 9 November, 2011. Tsolvard Gevorgyan is the President of “Armenian Merchants” NGO.

Haykaz Bakhshetsyan was born on November 24, 1948 in Tbilisi, RG. Mr. Bakhshetsyan is the Board member of Development and Investments Corporation of Armenia since 9 November, 2011. Haykaz Bakhshetsyan is Deputy president of the Union of Manufactures and Businessmen (Employers) of Armenia, President of "Meteks" CJSC.

Makar Ghambaryan was born on May 18, 1984 in Yerevan. Mr. Ghambaryan is the Board member of Development and Investments Corporation of Armenia since 18 november, 2015.
