The list of necessary information and documents required from
legal entities for considering the guarantee application

• Guarantee application
• The decision of the competent authority of the Company for receiving a guarantee and pledge/ in case of collateral/
  or a reference that the transaction is not considered as major  established by the RA legislation,
• Brief information on the Company’s activities (including predictions) and the purpose of the Guarantee,
• Copies of the tender invitation, supply contract, service contract /if available/;
• The agreement/s/ for the implementation of credit history inquiries from “ACRA Credit Reporting” CJSC,
• Certificate of presence / absence of affiliated legal entities and individual entrepreneurs;
• Copies of documents evidencing the right of ownership of company’s place of business activity /if available/ and the
  right to lease / if available/,

Legal Documents of the Company

• Charter of the company with all its amendments /copy/,
• Certificate issued by the State Register of Legal Entities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia with its
  inserts (copies) /if available/,
• Extract from the State Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Armenia on the Company  (for joint-stock companies,
  also a certificate of securities owners (nominees) shareholders of the company from the Central Depository),
• Statement about restrictions on the Company’s shares (for joint-stock companies),
• Copy of Director ‘s passport,  social cards /if available/ and identification cards for reading /if available/,
• More  than 10% of company’s shareholders’ equity
• Copies of passports of Individuals-participants / shareholders / members, copies of social cards /if available/,
  identification cards for reading /if available/,
• the charter of the organization of the legal entities that are participants / shareholders / with all changes / copy /,
  certificate issued by the State Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Armenia with all inserts / copy / issued by
  the State Registry of Legal Entities of the Republic of Armenia company certificate (for joint-stock companies , also a
  certificate of securities owners (nominees) shareholders of the company from the Central Depository),

Documents related to the company’s activities

•  Financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, statement of cash flows) signed and stamped (if there is a seal),
• Tax reports,
• Copies of current sales contracts /if available/,
• Copies of repayment schedules of current loan and pledge contracts /if available/,

 In case of pledging real estate

 Copy of property certificate, as well as, if it is necessary copies of all bases for providing the property certificate,

• Copies of passports, social cards/if available/, ID cards for reading / if available/ as well as, if it is necessary marriage/divorce
  certificates and other legal documents of all the owners and co-owners of real estate.
• Reference on specific qualitative and quantitative characteristics of real property and individual rights (restrictions) on it,
  issued by the Committee of Real Estate Cadastre of the Republic of Armenia,

In case of pledge of vehicles

•  A copy of the certificate of state registration of ownership of the vehicle,
• A copy of the certificate of registration of the vehicle,
• Copies of passports, social cards/if available/ ID cards for reading / if available/ of owner of the vehicle,

References

• A reference from the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia on the obligations of the Company towards the
  state budget of the Republic of Armenia,
• A certificate of valuation of the property offered for pledge /if available/, issued by a specialized independent valuation
  company cooperating with the corporation․

Other additional documents, the necessity of which is decided by credit organization.
