The list of necessary information and documents required from legal entities
for considering the lease application of agricultural machinery

• Lease Application, /see attached/
• A note from the supplier of agricultural machinery on the intention to sell movable property,
• The decision of the competent body of the Company on the purchase of agricultural equipment in leasing or a certificate stating
  that the transaction is not  considered a major established by the RA legislation,
• The agreement/s/ for the implementation of credit history inquiries from “ACRA Credit Reporting” CJSC, / see attached /
• Certificate of presence / absence of affiliated legal entities and individual entrepreneurs; / see attached /
• Charter of the Company with all its amendments /copy/
• Certificate issued by the State Register of Legal Entities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia with its inserts
  (copies) /if available/,
• Extract from the State Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Armenia on the Company (for joint-stock companies, also a
  certificate of securities owners (nominees) shareholders of the company from the Central Depository),
• Statement about restrictions on the Company’s shares (for joint-stock companies),
• Copy of Director ‘s passport,  social cards /if available/ and identification cards for reading /if available/,
• more  than 10% of company’s shareholders’ equity:
• copies of passports of Individuals-participants / shareholders / members, copies of social cards /if available/, identification
  cards for reading /if available/,
• the charter of the organization of the legal entities that are participants / shareholders / with all amendments / copy /, certificate
  issued by the State Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Armenia with all inserts / copy / issued by the State Registry of
  Legal Entities of the Republic of Armenia company certificate (for joint-stock companies , also a certificate of securities owners
  (nominees) shareholders of the company from the Central Depository),
• A reference from the RA SRC regarding the obligations of the Company towards the state budget of the Republic of Armenia,
• Copies of documents evidencing ownership of the property /if available/ or the right to lease /if available/ is used in the economy
  of immovable and movable property,
• Identification card  for reading / if available /, copy of passport, social card /if available / of guarantor (if necessary) (if guarantor
  is a legal entity (if necessary) – company charter with all changes / copy / issued by the State Register of Legal Entities with all
  inserts (copy) / if any, an extract of the Company issued by the State Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Armenia (for
  joint-stock companies, also a reference of shareholders of the company from the Central Depository),
• Copies of documents evidencing ownership of the immovable and movable property /if available / belonging to the guarantor,
• Copies of repayment schedules of current loan and pledge contracts /if available/,
• In case of purchase of a tra ctor or a combine in the leasing-tractor driver’s or a tractor driver’s ID card /if available/ for reading,
  a copy of the passport, the social card /if available/ a tractor driver’s or combine driver’s license as well as agreement on exploitation
  of the equipment, given by the latter, if  the beneficiary will not operate machinery, /See attached /

Other additional documents, the need for which is determined by the specialist who is carrying out the analysis of the case,
with the consent of the head of the department.
